银耳多糖(Tremellam)是一种酸性杂多糖,从银耳(Tremella fuciformisBerk)子实体中得到的,其主链结构是由α-(1→3)糖苷键连接的甘露聚糖,支链由葡萄糖醛酸和木糖组成。存在于银耳深层发酵孢子体中的酸性杂多糖,主链结构与上述相似,仅在支链上有所区别。
