钾皂（potassium soaps），又称软皂。脂肪酸钾盐的统称。通常是由油脂与氢氧化钾(或碳酸钾)水溶液经皂化反应制取(内含甘油)，也可用脂肪酸与氢氧化钾水溶液直接中和制取(不含甘油)。钾皂是阴离子表面活性剂，具有比钠皂更强的润湿、渗透、分散和去污的能力。钾皂是制液体、膏状洗涤用品的主要原料。
