钢性铸铁锻造钢性铸铁轧辊强韧性高,耐磨损.耐热裂性能好,兼备钢系和铸铁系轧辊的优良性能,可明显提高轧辊的使用寿命。近年来,日、美等工业发达国家竞相研制锻造钢性铸铁轧辊。机械工业部重矿局于1982年组织了我院与第一重型机器厂合作研制钢性铸铁轧辊。在两年多的时间内,联合研制小组人员进行了轧辊材料成份及制造工艺参数的研究,确定了制造锻造钢性铸铁轧辊的工艺流程和工艺参数,进行了试生产及工业试验,取得了良好的。
机体结构符合人体工学设计，机座采高钢性铸铁一体锻造，机身稳固，并使用操作介面简单且品质稳定的控制器；
