配制酒,又称调制酒,是酒类里面一个特殊的品种,不能专属于那个酒的类别,是混合的酒品。配制酒是一个比较复杂的酒品系列,它的诞生晚于其他单一酒品,但发展却是很快的。配制酒主要有两种配制工艺,一种是在酒和酒之间进行勾兑配制,另一种是以酒与非酒精物质(包括液体、固体和气体) 进行勾调配制。
