连带之债是多数之债的一种。债权人中的任何一人或债务人中的任何一人都有请求清偿全部债务的权利或承担全部债务的义务。债权人的这种债权称为连带债权，债务人的这种债务称为连带债务。在连带之债的关系中，任何一个债权人都可要求任何一个债务人清偿全部债务。只要任何一个债务人或债权人清偿了全部债务或主张了全部债权，随之整个连带之债即已消灭。
