The theoretical plate number is 6 143. The content of senegenin in Radix Polygalae from six districts of Shanxi province was measured with the above method.
结果:山西不同气候区远志资源皂苷元含量具有明显差异。
Result: There is obvious difference in the senegenin content of Radix Polygalae from different climate zones of Shanxi.
