方法27例手指较大面积缺损的患者(共31指)接受远位皮瓣转移修复缺损，术后采用改良后的方法进行固定。
Methods 31 fingers of 27 cases with large area defect were repaired with expanded skin flap transfer and the skin flap was fixed in a modified way.
