本名姚元忠 笔名园中、远中、七方斋等，1956年生。陕西省作家协会会员。曾长期从事文秘工作，现任镇安县文联副主席、镇安县作家协会副主席、镇安县物价局局长。先后在《杂文报》、《星火》、《百花园》、《黄河文学》、《三秦都市报》、《商洛日报》等报刊发表小说、散文、杂文以及言论、通讯、论文百余篇，20余万字，获地市以上大奖5次。出版小说集《一树银杏》，散文集《西窗看云》。
