除非寄件人（或称托运人）与纽约中外运全一快递另订立相应的承运合同或补充协议，否则本《运输合约条款》即是寄件人与纽约中外运全一快递间的完整合约书。如果由于一方违反本合约以致另一方遭受损失和发生额外费用，将由责任方负责赔偿。
