辐射平衡（equilibrium radiation）是指一个物体或系统的辐射能量收支相等时的状况。辐射能量收入和支出的差值称为辐射差额。当收入大于支出时，差额为正，即有净辐射；当收入小于支出时，差额为负。在气候学中，辐射差额指地球表面、大气或地- 气系统辐射能量收入与支出的差额。它是气候形成的重要因子之一。
