轴突反射 axon reflex 亦称假反射（pseudoreflex）。在末梢神经的单一轴突的分枝，一枝产生的兴奋通过分枝部位传导到另一枝，有时从那里再移向其它神经元。轴突反射就是指这种由向中神经冲动转换成离中神经冲动所呈现的状似反射样的反应。由于来自皮肤的向中纤维分枝分布于附近皮肤的血管上，所以刺激皮肤产生的局部发红即是轴突反射。近年来有学者用免疫组化的方法证实了这种轴突反射的递质是降钙素基因相关肽。在甲壳类的肠交感神经中，同一轴突的一枝达至粘膜上皮，另一枝达至肠肌，所以可看到同样的现象。
