概念 转化犯，是指在非法行为（含违法行为与犯罪行为）的实施过程中或者非法状态的持续过程中，由于出现了法律规定的行为、方法或者后果等转化条件，而使违法行为转化为犯罪或者是轻罪行为转化为重罪，并以转化后的犯罪或重罪进行定罪处罚的犯罪形态。
