超敏反应(hypersensitivity ),即异常的、过高的免疫应答。即机体与抗原性物质在一定条件下相互作用,产生致敏淋巴细胞或特异性抗体,如与再次进入的抗原结合,可导致机体生理功能紊乱和组织损害的免疫病理反应。又称变态反应。
