首先分析改革开放前后产业结构与对外贸易发展的相互关系及其存在的问题,然后分析产业转移式贸易优势形成机制在我国演进的方式与特点,最后指出加工业的高度发展及出口结构优化并没有相应地带动国内生产资料制造部门的同步发展,出口商品结构升级与国内产业结构之间没有建立起关联机制,在外资主导进出口格局的状况下,我国出现了贸易发展的“产业技术陷阱”,贸易优势类型转换并没有带动产业结构优化和升级。
