豌豆粉是昆明市传统的汉族小吃。是云南人十分喜爱的杂粮制品。是用干豌豆粒,磨瓣去皮,用水泡发后,掺水磨成浆,经过滤、熬者成糊,冷却后凝回而成。质地细腻滑嫩,色泽姜黄,口感有豌豆的特殊芳香,经刀功成形后烹调可热吃或凉吃。
成分:有机蔬菜(有机豌豆、有机胡萝卜)、水、有机鸡肉、有机燕麦粉、有机豌豆粉。
