豌豆粉是昆明市传统的汉族小吃。是云南人十分喜爱的杂粮制品。是用干豌豆粒，磨瓣去皮，用水泡发后，掺水磨成浆，经过滤、熬者成糊，冷却后凝回而成。质地细腻滑嫩，色泽姜黄，口感有豌豆的特殊芳香，经刀功成形后烹调可热吃或凉吃。
成分：有机蔬菜(有机豌豆、有机胡萝卜)、水、有机鸡肉、有机燕麦粉、有机豌豆粉。
