语言哲学（英语：The philosophy of language）是一个哲学分支学科。笼统地说，其是当代西方哲学家对语言现象的研究，是分析哲学的一个支派或变种，因其所用的方法是对语言进行逻辑分析，是以现代数理逻辑的运用为基础的。语言哲学是现代西方哲学中影响最大、成果最为卓著的一个哲学流派。加强对语言哲学基本理论、基本方法的研究对于哲学学科的创新和发展具有极其重要的意义。
