This article regards right of witness of our country as the research object. It combines the justice practice of our country’s conditions and witness’s testimony, uses the comparison method, analyses the problem existing in the current testifying of witness.
本文以我国的证人权利为研究对象,结合我国的国情和证人作证的司法实践,运用比较的方法,通过剖析当前证人出庭作证中存在的问题,提出了在强调证人作证义务的同时,也应该尊重其适当的利益要求,解决当前证人作证难问题的关键在于加强我国证人的权利体系的构建并保障其实现。
