许慎（约公元58年一公元147年），东汉汝南召陵（现河南漯河）人，著有《说文解字》和《五经异义》等。 因他所著的《说文解字》闻名于世界，所以研究《说文解字》的人，皆称许慎为“许君”，称《说文》为“许书”，称传其学为“许学”。
