训读（日语：训読み），是日文所用汉字的一种发音方式，是使用该等汉字之日本固有同义语汇的读音。所以训读只借用汉字的形和义，不采用汉语的音。相对的，若使用该等汉字当初传入日本时的汉语发音，则称为音读。 同样有使用汉字的韩国、朝鲜、越南、部分中国方言及少数民族（如壮、瑶）语言也有类似训读的汉字发音方式。在韩国、朝鲜，这种汉字发音方式被称为“释读”。
日语汉字在不同类型的词语中有音读、训读、音训混读等不同的读音。
