西瓜霜，中药名。为葫芦科植物西瓜的成熟果实与芒硝经加工而成的白色结晶粉末，也是一种中药，它的具体做法为：取新鲜西瓜，沿蒂头切一厚片作顶盖，挖去瓜瓤及种子，将芒硝填入瓜内，盖上顶盖，用竹签插牢，放入瓦盆内，盖好，置阴凉通风处，待析出白霜时，随时刷下，直至无白霜析出为度。
