西区海底隧道，于1997年4月30日通车，是香港第3条过海行车隧道，是全港首条三线双程行车的过海隧道和全港最大的海底隧道。隧道全长2公里，连接香港岛的西营盘干诺道西和九龙佐敦附近的西九龙填海区，是香港第1条三线双程分隔沉管式隧道。由于西隧收费较其他两条隧道高，所以行车较少。根据2008年度年报，行车量平均每日48,928架次。
