蜂针疗法是人类利用蜜蜂螫器官为针具，循经络皮部和穴位施行不同手法的针刺，以防治疾病的方法称为蜂针疗法。蜂针既给人体经络穴位以机械刺激，同时自动注入皮内适量的蜂针液，具有独特的药理作用，其针后继发局部潮经充血，以兼具温灸效应。可见它是针、药、灸相互结合的复合型刺灸法。
