蚕沙，中药名。为蚕蛾科昆虫家蚕Bombyx mori Linnaeus幼虫的干燥粪便。育蚕地区皆产，以江苏、浙江、四川等地产量最多。6～8月收集，以二眠到三眠时的粪便为主，收集后晒干，簸净泥土及桑叶碎屑，生用。
