蔡明亮，男，中国台湾影视导演、编剧。生于马来西亚。就读于中国文化大学，专修电影与戏剧。毕业后从事话剧与电视剧、电影导演的工作。被誉为台湾新浪潮第二代新锐。2013年11月23日，蔡明亮获得第五十届台湾金马奖最佳导演奖。
