蓝奇（1914-1995）县城赵家咀（现娄山关镇境），民国19年（1930）考入贵州军官政治训练团，军政界任职多年，曾任县政府秘书主任。擅长书法，诗词兼善。民国17年（1928）年至38年，手抄原诗16首，叙其抗战中经历颇多，富民族大义，现录词一阕。
