菌褶 （Gill / Lamellae）指担子菌类伞菌子实体（担子果）的菌盖内侧的皱褶部分，或由菌褶原发育成的结构。从横切面看，每个菌褶的两侧有子实层。在内侧紧靠子实层的子实下层，其内侧有一圈子实层基，再内侧，即从菌褶中心形成菌盖的部分，称为菌髓。纵剖子实体时所见之菌褶与子实体柄的关系，是伞菌类真菌分类的重要特征。
