莱氏体是钢铁材料基本组织结构中的一种,常温下为珠光体、渗碳体和共晶渗碳体的混合物。由液态铁碳合金发生共晶转变形成的奥氏体和渗碳体所组成,其含碳量为ωc=4.3%。是1882年阿道夫·莱德布尔发现的。
