荧光假单胞菌（P.Fluorescens）是一种环境污染菌。对于人类是一种罕见的机会致病菌。荧光假单胞菌属于假单胞菌属，是化能异养型的革兰氏阴性菌，呈杆状，有鞭毛。能分泌黄绿色荧光色素发出荧光，能产生抗生素、水解酶等代谢产物，在 4℃-37℃范围内，中性环境中生长，生理生化特性显著，是作为嗜冷菌是牛奶中危害最大的微生物。
