色觉检查就是辨别由各种颜色组成的色谱或图案，以检查人的辨色能力。色觉检查结果一般分为：正常、色弱、单色能辨（通常称为色盲，是指有任何一种颜色不能辨别）和单色不能辨四种。色觉检查和视力检查是两种不同的体检项目，前者是检查眼睛的辨色能力；后者是检查眼睛的视物远近能力。从事交通运输、建筑、美术、化学、医学等工作的人必须有正常色觉，这是服兵役、就业、就学前体检的必需的项目。
方法用病例对照研究方法，选择行白内障手术的患者97例，进行色觉检查及填写统一设计的问卷调查。
