在多数葡萄胎中胎盘绒毛组织基本上已全部变成葡萄胎组织，但也有少数葡萄胎只有部分胎盘绒毛组织变为葡萄胎。前者称为完全性葡萄胎后者称为部分性葡萄胎。
结果（1）从正常绒毛→良性葡萄胎→恶性葡萄胎，MMP-2的阳性率有升高趋势，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。
