腹膜后间隙指横膈以下和盆膈以上，腹后壁和后腹膜之间的区域，常简称为“腹膜后”。是一个疏松组织构成的大间隙，范围甚大，腹膜后间隙的疾病有损伤、感染、肿瘤、纤维化等。
