腹膜后间隙位于腹后壁腹膜与腹内筋膜之间，其范围上起自膈，下达骶岬，骨盆上口处。 此间隙借腹膜外筋膜，向上经膈的腰肋三角与纵膈相通，向下与骨盆腔腹膜外间隙相续，故间隙内的感染容易向上、下扩散。 腹膜后隙内有胰、十二指肠的大部分、肾、肾上腺、输尿管腹部、大血管、淋巴结和神经等器官结构。
Results:59 cases all according with D,E grade of Balthazar’s staging system. Among these:51 cases(86.4%) spreading into the retroperitoneal space;53 cases(89.6%) spreading into the subperitoneal space;28 cases(47.5%) speeding into the peritoneal cavity;33 cases(55.9%) spreading into other spaces.
结果:59例患者均符合Balthazar CT分度的D.E级,其中,腹膜后间隙扩散者51例(86.4%),腹膜下间隙扩散者53例(89.8%),腹腔内扩散者28例(47.5%),其他部位受累者33例(55.9%)。
