腹肋，经穴名，出《针灸甲乙经》。原作腹屈，一名 腹肋。《备急千金要方》后 腹肋 均作正名。别名肠窟，肠屈，阳窟，肠结。属足太阴脾经。意为肠的盘回曲结之所。右侧 腹肋 穴约当急性阑尾炎体表压痛点。
据报道，在兽脚类中，腹肋腔的大小与个体大小正相关。
