腮腺恶性肿瘤多来源于腮腺腺体或腺管上皮细胞，以黏液表皮样癌、恶性混合瘤、腺样囊性癌和腺癌常见，占80%～90%。腮腺恶性肿瘤的临床表现颇似良性肿瘤，可良性肿瘤仅根据其临床表现也难于确认其组织病理类型。

方法：回顾性地分析31例经手术病理证实腮腺恶性肿瘤的临床资料和CT表现。
Methods: The clinic data and ct images of 31 cases with parotid gland malignancy confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.
