是臂丛后束的分支，含第5～6颈神经前支的纤维，自臂丛后束发起后，与旋肱后动脉伴行向后外穿过四边孔，绕肱骨外科颈行于三角肌深面。沿途分支布于三角肌、小圆肌和臂外侧皮肤。
