脾窦又叫脾血窦，是一种静脉性血窦，宽约12～40μm，形态不规则，相互连接成网。
脾窦十分发达，窦壁细胞ACP和AKP均呈强阳性，窦腔中也有上述巨噬细胞。
Both ACP and AKP are positive reaction in littoral cells, and their activity is very high. There are also the macrophages in splenic sinuses.
目的：为了进一步认识边缘窦内皮细胞在血脾屏障中的地位和作用。
