脱敏疗法是特异性脱敏疗法的简称，也称减敏疗法，属于特异性免疫疗法，是针对引起过敏性疾病（包括过敏性哮喘、药物性哮喘、过敏性皮炎等）的过敏物质的一种治疗方法。目的是减轻症状、缩短发作时间及减少用药量，是专门针对由IgE（免疫球蛋白E）介导的有特异性变应原诱发变态反应疾病的免疫疗法。该疗法最大缺点是疗程过长（2～3年以上），使用不当时会发生过敏性休克的严重不良反应。
