指脊髓下端逐渐变细呈圆锥状。位于腰膨大以下，下续终丝。圆锥以下部位腰椎穿刺时多用。脊髓圆锥下端以位于L1椎体范围为多。
手术宜选择在脊髓圆锥平面；
结论 脊髓 拴 系致脊髓圆锥下移与脊髓缺血性损伤关 系密切。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between lowering conus medullaris and ischemic spinal cord injury due to drawing tethered spinal cord.
结果：MRI可详细了解脊髓圆锥的位置、终丝、椎管内外脂肪瘤、脊髓脊膜以及脊柱等的各种病理变化。
