Objective:To investigate the clinic effects of high dose of methylprednisolone(MP) on acute spinal cord injury(ASCI).
结果：根据测量全脊髓内及脊髓与全脑衔接处以及全脑内剂量分布满意，无冷点或热点，符合QA。
Results: Satisfactory dose distribution was achieved within the whole brain, spinal cord and at the portal junction, without any "hot" or "cold" spots and fulfilled the QA criteria.
