可用化学修饰添加或增加位点（专注性较强，水解速度快）化学法（2）糜蛋白酶或胰凝乳蛋白酶（Chymotrypsin）：水解苯丙氨酸Phe,色氨酸Trp,酪氨酸Tyr羧基参与构成的肽键; 亮氨酸Leu，蛋氨酸Met和组氨酸His水解稍慢。
