胫骨髁（平台）骨折约占全身骨折中的0.38%。是较为常见的骨折。好发于青壮年，男性患者多于女性。胫骨髁骨折又较内髁骨折多见。胫骨髁骨折为关节内骨折，骨折波及胫骨近端关节面。严重者还可合并半月板及关节韧带损伤。因此胫骨髁骨折容易引起膝关节功能障碍。
目的：探讨胫骨平台双髁骨折的手术治疗经验。

方法用自行研制的胫骨平台夹治疗4例胫骨平台骨折和1例股骨髁骨折。
