肢体无力是指最明显的疲乏无力见于重症肌无力，由于神经肌肉间传导障碍，故其横纹肌极易疲乏，稍经活动，即迅速呈现无力状态，持续而迅速的动作更易引起疲乏，疲乏感往往晨轻晚重，补充氯化钾后乏力可减轻。
临床表现为肢体无力、活动障碍，大小便失禁等。
