股薄肌属于大腿的内侧肌群，是扁薄的带状肌，位于大腿浅层，以腱膜起自耻骨下支，向下于股骨内上髁平面移行为条索状肌腱，最后以扇形放散，止于胫骨粗隆内侧。具有内收、内旋髋关节的功能。
目的为臂丛神经损伤行游离股薄肌移植术提供形态学依据。
