肠粘连（intestinal adhesion）指各种原因引起的肠管与肠管之间、肠管与腹膜之间、肠管与腹腔内脏器之间发生的不正常黏附。单纯性肠梗阻、不完全性梗阻，特别是广泛性粘连者，一般选用非手术治疗。怀疑为较窄性肠梗阻，特别是闭袢性梗阻，手术须及早进行，以免发生肠坏死。对反复频繁发作的粘连性肠梗阻也应考虑手术治疗。
