肝掌（liver palm）指患慢性肝炎特别是肝硬变后，在手掌大拇指和小指的根部的大小鱼际处皮肤出现片状充血，或是红色斑点、斑块，加压后变成苍白色。肝掌为慢性肝炎、肝硬化的重要标志之一，但也可见于少数健康人。治疗应注意休息、合理膳食、寻找病因、积极治疗肝脏疾病及补硒等。
