The preoperative Harris scores were 47.39±7.35 and postoperatively they were raised up to 75.36±9.10 (P<0.05) in the group treated by muscle-pedicle bone grafting using tensor fascia lata. The preoperative Harris scores were 47.37±7.63 and postoperatively they were 67.37±9.
