肌疝(myocele)是指肌肉组织经过筋膜鞘的缺损或薄弱处向外突出形成的一种疝。临床上比较少见，好发于小腿，多数肌疝疝块在0.6cm以下，有时为多发性或双侧性。其症状较轻，在休息后或静止时消失，常被忽视或漏诊。
