肌束震颤（fasciculation）是肌肉静息时由一个或多个运动单位自发性放电导致肌肉颤动，呈短暂的单一收缩，见于各种下运动神经元损伤疾病及某些正常人。 由于脊神经前根受刺激，引起整个肌束颤动。其颤动范围较肌纤维震颤为大。见于脊神经根肿瘤及神经根炎。
