耳房，汉族建筑中主房屋旁边加盖的小房屋。正房的两侧还各有一间或两间进深、高度都偏小的房间，如同挂在正房两侧的两只耳朵，故称耳房。 耳房通常是大殿、城门、主厅进门前左右各一个的小房子。
