结肠过敏，亦称“肠神经官能症”。是结肠的一种功能性疾病。特征为肠运动亢进，张力增加，肠道呈不规则、间歇性痉挛和肠腺体分泌过旺，产生大量黏液。有慢性腹泻、腹痛、腹胀、肠鸣、便秘和黏液便等症状。治疗宜进高营养、少渣的饮食，建立良好的生活制度，并采用药物、针灸、理疗体疗等措施。
